Project Umbrella Burma Dinner
Project Umbrella Burma (PUB), is a not for profit organization that provides direct aid to the refugees of Burma who have suffered the consequences of armed conflict. Steve Clarke and his staff at Brewery Bay worked their magic once again and held a terrific evening of traditional Thai food and silent/live auctions to help the cause. There were two sold-out seatings for the delicious four course meal, which included a Tom Ka Gai Soup, Mandarin Orange Salad and Pad Thai for the main entree.
